A Global Arts project, 'Eminescu - Eternal Longing, Impossible Love' features a bilingual book with the A G Sahlean's award-winning English translations and a comapanion CD narrated by American Repertory Theatre actor Jeremy Geidt on music played by concert pianist Horia Mihail. Four years in the making, the CD is a world-first, sharing selected works of the Romanian 'national poet' in a user-friendly format. The mirrror-image volume follows the order on the CD, allowing for easy simultaneous reading and listening, as well as more involved philological contrast.

The complete 74-minute CD includes 'Odă în metru antic' (Ode in Ancient Meter), 'Stelele-n cer' (Stars in the Sky), 'La steaua' (Unto the Star), 'Legenda Luceafărului' (The Legend of the Evening Star), 'Peste vârfuri' (Over Tree Tops), 'De ce nu-mi vii?' (Why Don't You Come?), 'Sărmanul Dionis' (Wretched Dionis), 'Cu gândiri şi cu imagini' (With My Thoughts… ), 'Glossa' (Glossa), 'Scrisoarea I Satira' (First Epistle-Satire), 'Pe lângă plopii fără soţ' (The Pairless Poplars), 'Mai am un singur dor' (With Yearning Last), and 'Un farmec trist şi nenţeles' (A Sad Enchantment and Obscure).
